Marie studied classical and contemporary dance in two of Europe's most prominent dance schools: the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp and the Rotterdam Dance Academy. During this time, she discovered the Pilates method as well as Ashtanga Yoga.
After her studies, she worked as a professional dancer while pursuing her Pilates and Yoga training with internationally renowned instructors. Back in Belgium, Marie went to university, but never lost sight of her passion for movement and wellbeing.
She began teaching Pilates and continued to progress by attending classes and workshops in Belgium and abroad.
Today, Marie helps you improve your posture, your flexibility and muscle tone, while respecting your body balance.Marie uses a combination of Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga and Classical exercises that are best suited to meet your own personal needs.
